How do I return a product?

Send an email to info@xelphia.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.

Pack the product securely – undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.

Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll refund your purchase within 14 days.
Return Conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Personalized or used items cannot be returned.
